Unsolicited Messaging Policy

1. Purpose

Guangzhou Newlife New Material Co., Ltd. (广州新莱福新材料股份有限公司) manufactures functional materials, including radiation shielding products sold under the Radbar name. We do not send unsolicited commercial electronic messages. Outbound email is used only for legitimate business correspondence. This policy applies to websites and email addresses we operate on newlifexray.com, including www.newlifexray.com.

2. When we send email

We send messages only to people and companies that have requested information, samples, quotations or technical support; to existing customers and suppliers about an order, shipment, invoice or support request; and to business contacts who have asked to receive product or company updates. We do not buy, rent, scrape or harvest mailing lists, and we do not send bulk unsolicited advertisements.

3. Identification and opt-out

Commercial messages identify Guangzhou Newlife New Material Co., Ltd. as the sender and include a working way to stop further messages. Unsubscribe and do-not-contact requests are honoured promptly, and the address is removed from promotional mailing.
