Privacy, with a clear purpose.

How information submitted through this website is used to respond to engineering and business inquiries.

Information we collect

The inquiry form collects the name, company, email address, phone, country/region, product interest and project description you choose to provide. These details are used to respond to your inquiry, follow up on technical requirements and prevent duplicate submissions.

Use and access

Inquiry information is stored in the website’s backend and is accessible to authorized business and administrative staff. Winnr email notifications go to designated contacts; Telegram operations alerts contain only a submission reference and product category, not the full message. Please do not submit sensitive personal information unrelated to your project. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.

Website analytics

We use our shared analytics platform at stats.aicmagnetics.com to understand page views, referral sources and device types and improve this website. Tracking runs only on the production domains; registered company network addresses are excluded at the collection endpoint. Inquiry form contents are not sent to the analytics platform.

Contact and correction

To request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, contact Maria (maria.lan@newlife.cn) and identify the relevant inquiry.

Language preferences and external links

The site may store necessary language preferences. Downloads and external links are subject to the respective providers’ terms. This website currently does not set advertising trackers.
