THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS — Cantrell-Gainco will showcase innovative solutions for poultry deboning/trimming, bagging and X-ray detection of product contaminants at the International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) in Atlanta from Jan. 26-28, 2027. As part of Fortifi Food Processing Solutions, Cantrell-Gainco representatives will be on hand in Blue Hall C, Booth C25126, to present solutions that optimize meat production.
At IPPE, Cantrell-Gainco will demonstrate the YieldPlus Debone/Trim Management System, which combines Cantrell-Gainco’s advanced product distribution and data collection capabilities with Bettcher Industries’ yield-enhancing and labor-saving trimmer technologies. This versatile modular sanitary system increases product yields by 5% or more, reduces labor costs by up to 25% and accepts multiple expansion options that add workstations, takeaway conveyors and more.
Cantrell-Gainco also will showcase its AccuFill Dual-Station Bagger System, engineered to fill bags of various sizes with speed and consistency. Optional dimpled steel hoppers promote smoother flow for sticky products and help maintain fast, reliable processing cycles. The system fills up to 12 bags per minute in a rugged design built for enduring performance.
In partnership with AICON X-Ray, Cantrell-Gainco serves as the full-service distributor of AICON X-ray inspection systems to the US poultry industry and can sell, service, support and provide spare parts for these AICON systems. At IPPE, the companies will feature the AICON SCAN XR-500 Poultry with Photon Counter Detector (AICON PCT) technology to detect even 1 mm of calcified bone.
In addition to Cantrell-Gainco, representatives from Bettcher, Frontmatec, MHM Automation, Provisur, LIMA, Nothum, REICH, Kais, Greenline, SEPAmatic and Fortifi partner Völur will present transformative food processing and automation solutions during the world's largest annual food industry event for the poultry and egg, meat and animal food industries.
