01 / PRODUCT INSIGHT
From material to application.
A lead-free shielding matrix and light-blue polyurethane surface are designed for food inspection lines. Three catalog grades balance areal weight and nominal shielding; rolls, complete OEM sets and individual strips support different scanner constructions.
Designed for package passage
The three grades are associated with small, medium and large items. Passage also depends on strip width, overlap, curtain length, belt speed and package stiffness.
Temperature and wear information
The specified temperature range is −40 to 70 °C. Page 1 reports flexibility at −10 °C and over seven million collisions during animal-oil exposure; request the test protocol before using these figures as a service-life specification.
